At Bone Appetito, we're a small Australian business and genuinely appreciate every order placed with us.

We take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping our products so they arrive safely at your door. However, please take a moment to read our returns policy before making a purchase.

Pet Treats, Beverages & Catnip Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any food, treat, beverage, or catnip products once they have left our premises.

This includes:

  • Dog treats

  • Cat treats

  • Pet beverages

  • Catnip products

  • Meal toppers

  • Bone broth products

  • Any other consumable pet products

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Fragile Natural Treats

Many of our treats are natural products and can be fragile by nature.

While we do everything we can to pack orders snugly and securely using protective packaging, some treats may crack, chip, or break during transit. This is particularly common with dehydrated and natural products.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that treats will arrive completely intact and we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credits for breakage that occurs during shipping.

Rest assured, a broken treat is still perfectly safe for your pet to enjoy.

Non-Food Products

For eligible non-food items, such as pet beds or accessories, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is in its original condition

  • Is returned in its original packaging where possible

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been supplied incorrectly.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made a mistake and supplied the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos where applicable

We'll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
